- Please accomplish the Broker's Accreditation Application Form in the left.
- The applicant must also submit the following, to wit:
- Company Profile (a brief history of the company including the past projects promoted, developers and selling records)
- Office Location / Sketch Plan
- Official list of company's agents especially those to be assigned to EPVI comprising the following:
- Division Manager(s)
- Unit Manager
- Sales Executives
- Agents
- Photocopy of Broker's License
- Photocopy of Broker's Identification Card with Original for comparison
- Photocopy of Broker's Business Registration papers with the Originals for comparison:
- SEC papers
- DTI Certificate of Registration
- BIR Registration
- SSS Registration
- Mayor's Permit
- Photocopy of Community Tax Certificate
- For corporations with an authorized representative other than the licensed broker, the following must be presented:
- Written authoriization
- Board Resolution / Secretary's Certificate (for corporation)
- Agents are required to attend the Product Knowledge Seminar (PKS) and orientation before they can sell EPVI property.
- EPVI may be imposing other specific requirements during the PKS.
- Upon accreditation, EPVI and the accredited broker shall enter into a Broker's Accreditation Agreement which will govern their relations.
